**As of July 18, 2019, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Bid results will be available via electronically by the end of the day (prevailing time), same date. Award consideration will be at a regularly scheduled Supervisor's meeting of Springfield Township on July 8, 2019 at 8:00 PM, held at the Springfield Township office, located at 9211 Susquehanna Trail S, Seven Valleys, PA. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the Springfield Township Board of Supervisors in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Springfield Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
