The Health and Human Services Commission, for and on behalf of its Maintenance and Construction Department (HHSC M&C), is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (Proposals) for selection of a General Contractor to provide general construction and general construction subcontracting services to the Owner for EMS Upgrades, 18-136-DLC (Project), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals.
