Renovation of a water / sewer project in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Furnishing of all labor, material and equipment for construction of the following contract: Scope of Construction: Lift Station: 1. The major elements of work associated with the rehabilitation of the lift station including, but not limited to: a. Demolition of existing systems b. Process: Removal and replacement of top slab and hatch on manhole structure. New process piping, valves, fittings, and appurtenances. Installation of owner furnished submersible pumps and discharge elbows; Contractor to provide new pump guide rails, supports, and appurtenances. c. Electrical systems: Including but not limited to demo and replacement of two existing lift station panels as well as stand alone generator provide new, cable, conduit, generator, and electrical service. Each proposal must have with it a bid guarantee in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid, submitted in the form as required by section 1200 of the General Requirements and Covenants in the Bidding Documents, as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the city of Minnetonka in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract.
