**As of June 24, 2022, this project has been awarded to Pember Companies and the awarded amount is $531,056.69** Scope of Construction: Lift Station: The major elements of work associated with the rehabilitation of the lift station including, but not limited to: o Demolition of existing systems o Site piping o Process: New valve vault and new process piping, valves, fittings, and appurtenances. Installation of owner furnished submersible pumps and discharge elbows; Contractor to provide new pump guide rails, supports, and appurtenances. o Electrical systems: Including but not limited to demo and replacement of existing lift station panel providing new, cable, conduit, standalone generator, and electrical service. Lift station panel to be provided by owner and installed by contractor. No questions will be answered within 48 hours of bid opening. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities. Each proposal must have with it a bid guarantee in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid, submitted in the form as required by section 1200 of the General Requirements and Covenants in the Bidding Documents, as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the city of Minnetonka in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract.
