Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
As of July 16, 2019 a general contractor has not been selected for this project. Anticipated award date has not been set. The project consists of Construction of Lift Station No. 4, approximately 1,600 feet of 12'' force main and 35 feet of sanitary sewer and corrosion resistant manhole, including but not limited to reinforced concrete wet well, wet well lining, excavation and disposal, submersible pumps, hatches, paving, force main, on-site sanitary sewer, drainage, access road, bollards, CMU fencing, gates, site grading, dewatering, groundwater control system, piping, fittings, valves, coating, stormwater pollution prevention measures during construction, trench safety systems, Lift Station No. 4 electrical, controls and appurtenances and Lift Station No. 3 electrical upgrades, Complete in Place. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
