Site work for a road / highway in Pierre, South Dakota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Department of Game, Fish and Parks (GFP) is soliciting Statements of Interest for Administration/Design/Construction services to be performed on the owner's behalf to provide site investigations, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and site inspection/testing for the spillway replacement at New Stickney Lake. The consultant will be working alongside SD GFP to provide plans, specs, and information to FEMA & SD DANR for the duration of the project. The projects scope of work will include, but is not limited to: o Geotechnical borings, site investigations, and spillway replacement recommendations for the project. o Design and plans preparation activities for grading. o Design and plans preparation activities for replacement of the spillway structure. o Land surveying activities. o Hydrologic/hydraulic design activities for replacement of the structure. o Construction inspection activities for grading and structure replacement. The Consultant shall provide site investigation & 30% design concepts report for the project by December 16th, 2022. The Consultant shall provide 60% design plans & cost estimate by February 2nd, 2023. The project completion date for design and submitting final design plans has been set as March 15th, 2023, Construction completion date has been set as February 16th, 2024, and Administration completion date has been set as June 1st, 2024.
