Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's or bank check or Bid Guarantee Bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the BID made payable to Hamilton County Department of Education (Owner), and subject to the conditions provided in the instructions for bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds in amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, each bond. The Hamilton County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to award a contract to other than the low bidder.
