Site work for a mixed-use development in Hixson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
Project has been awarded to Baseline Sports Construction , not sure for the awarded amount. Project started Aug 21,2019 for construction and will be completed for 6 months. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's or bank check or Bid Guarantee Bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the BID made payable to Hamilton County Department of Education (Owner), and subject to the conditions provided in the instructions for bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds in amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, each bond. The Hamilton County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to award a contract to other than the low bidder.
