Renovation of a municipal facility in Fairmont, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Estimated cost of $75,000 -$100,000. Selective demolition and construction restoration of the Courthouse Dome and other Work indicated in the drawings and specifications. Bidders shall submit their proposal on the forms provided. Proposal shall be filled in clearly and correctly with ink or other permanent format. Proposal shall be signed in ink by the individual, members of the partnership, or by one or more officers of the corporation making the proposal All bids shall be sealed in an opaque envelope upon which shall be plainly marked 'BID ON MARTIN COUNTY COURTHOUSE DOME RESTORATION - FAIRMONT, MINNESOTA' and the name of the bidder. If a bid is to be mailed, the bid envelope shall be sealed in a regular mailing envelope. Drawings, specifications, and other Bidding Documents may also be obtained online. The Owner reserves the right to hold and consider the bids for 30 days after the date of the bid opening. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashiers check, bidder bond, or certified check payable to MARTIN COUNTY for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid including add-alternates. A bidder's bond shall include certified copy of the power of attorney. The right to waive any informality in any bid and reject any or all bids is reserved to the Owner.
