The City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consulting engineering firms for a retrofit design project incorporating bicycle and pedestrian facilities, ADA improvements, and pavement rehabilitation on 43rd Avenue and Howe Street, from King Road to 42nd Avenue. The scope also includes sanitary sewer repair/replacement in 43rd Avenue between Rockwood Street and Covell Street. Three copies of the Proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly identifying Project Name, Project Number, and Proposer's Name and Address. Planholders that have registered with the bid system will automatically receive notification via email when new information is added to the system. However, Proposers are advised to check the bid system regularly for addenda and other pertinent notifications.
