Renovation of a municipal facility in London, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of this project includes replacing all obsolete programmable controllers and integrating 284 existing non-programmable Alerton VAV-TUX controllers via gateways with the new BACS. The new BACS will be non-proprietary using open protocol such as BACnet. Existing VAVs, end devices, cabling and wiring, raceways and pneumatic controls are to remain.
