The project consists for furnishing necessary materials, equipment, superintendence and labor for Sabine River Authority, Lake Tawakoni Spillway Channel Bank Stabilization, generally described as the construction of a four-hundred sixty-five foot long steel combi-wall retaining wall along the east bank of the Lake Tawakoni Outfall Channel. Bids must be submitted in duplicate. Contractors for this project must pay no less than the prevailing wage rates for the area established by the Owner and included in the Contract Documents. Bids may be held by the SRA for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. Upon award, the successful bidder will be required to furnish payment and performance bonds.
