On September 23, 2019, City Council voted to approve unit price contracts for project engineering services for an initial term of three years to the following: -CALYX Engineers and Consultants, Inc., -ESP Associates, Inc., -Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc., -LaBella Associates, PC, -LandDesign, Inc., -The John R. McAdams Company *Annual expenditures for all contracts combined are estimated to be $4.5 million. The contract(s) for these services will be for a three to five-year period. The City anticipates approximately 200 minor drainage projects to be designed for construction by one or more project engineering firms each year. Minor drainage projects are the ones defined to average in total construction cost between $50,000 to $500,000 each. The general timeline to complete a project is typically 30-185 days (including all aspects of planning, design, real estate, utility coordination, etc. excluding construction) The City is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, professional services to the City. The City reserves the right to enter into one or more contracts with any firm selected under this RFQ process. No subcontracting opportunities are available in the performance of this work The City reserves the right to adjust the schedule and to add/remove specific events to meet the unique needs of this Project.
