Site work for a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of, but is not limited to, storm drain, channel, and utility improvements associated with the installation of limestone block wall and vegetated soil-rock riprap to stabilize the stream bank of approximately 800-feet of Little Walnut Creek and relocation of the storm drain outfall associated with two inlets along Park Plaza. Shivani Kesar, Project Manager 512-974-2913 or shivani.kesar@austintexas.gov Project Estimate: $1,685,646.00 Located at: Off Park Plaza Drive near Mile 241 of IH-35, Austin, TX 78753 All Bids shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bid guaranty in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid, as specified in Section 00100, Instructions to Bidders. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within one hundred and sixty eight (168) Calendar Days after date specified in the Notice to Proceed, in accordance with the Bid Form, Section 00300. Final completion shall be achieved within ninety (90) CalendarDays after substantial completion. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid guaranty in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid.
