The Work consists of, but is not limited to, storm drain, channel, and utility improvements associated with the installation of limestone block wall and vegetated soil-rock riprap to stabilize the stream bank of approximately 800-feet of Little Walnut Creek and relocation of the storm drain outfall associated with two inlets along Park Plaza. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within one hundred and sixty eight (168) Calendar Days after date specified in the Notice to Proceed, in accordance with the Bid Form, Section 00300. Final completion shall be achieved within ninety (90) CalendarDays after substantial completion. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid guaranty in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid.
