Description

Renovation of a stadium in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The work is re-roofing the flat roof of Bill Graham Civic Auditorium located at 99 Grove Street, San Francisco. Includes demolition of existing roofing, new membrane roofing, fluid applied roofing, insulation board, cover board, metal flashing, parapet roofing, and metal cladding replacement on intake penthouses, as shown on drawings. Contract Duration : 90 consecutive calendar days from NTP to substantial completion. LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 10% LBE. In accordance with Administrative Code Chapter 14B requirements, all bidders shall submit documented good faith efforts with their bids, except those who exceed the above stated LBE subcontracting participation requirement by 35%.
