Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Baytown, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Ashbel Cove Storm Water Pump Station including but not limited to, mobilization, bonds and insurance; construction of a twelve-foot (12') diameter concrete wet well and 8'x20' concrete discharge trough, well point system and dewatering as necessary; two (2) mixed flow pumps with accessories, piping, valves, fittings, and supports; protective coatings; site work; chain link fencing with swing gate; concrete pavement; on-site storm sewer piping including well point system and dewatering as necessary; on-site inlet; natural gas engine driven generator; automatic transfer switch and load bank testing; pump station control panel; electrical service; disconnect switches; conduit; wire; and all else shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning pump station.
