Site work for a water / sewer project in Smithville, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project includes make improvements to its Waste Water system and to rehabilitate/refurbish its elevated water towers. Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering Firm (individual/firm) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. The City of Smithville is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer and strives to attain goals of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (12 U.S.C.1701u) as amended.
