Demolition and decommissioning of existing wastewater system and lagoons (8 total). Project includes demolition of existing lagoons, site grading, and restoration. Demolition of existing lagoons includes the removal of biosolids from lagoons, transporting biosolids to a storage location on-site, and placing of biosolids as cap material on demolished lagoons. The project consists for Lagoon Demolition/Decommissioning including wastewater lagoons 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 per MDEQ permitting requirements. Decommissioning requires sludge removal in lagoons 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, aeration piping removal in lagoons 5, 6, 7, 8, and liner removal in lagoons 1 - 8.
