Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Southlake, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project generally consists of construction of 1,417 square yards of 4" concrete sidewalk along East Continental. Also included is approximately 745 cubic yards of excavation and approximately 105 cubic yards of embankment. Also included is the construction of two accessible curb ramps, 27 linear feet of 5'' x 3'' box, 17 linear feet of 5'' x 2'' box, 16 linear feet of 12" RCP Class III, associated wingwalls and headwalls and all incidental work as shown on the plans. Submit check, cashier''s check or money order for payment. Cash will not be accepted. Any questions submitted after this time and date will not be addressed. Bidders must submit a cashier''s check, certified check, or acceptable bidder''s bond with their proposal as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the project with the Owner within ten (10) days of Notice of Award of the contract. The security must be payable to the City of Southlake in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. Contractor must execute the contract, bonds and certificates of insurance on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Contractors for this Project must pay no less than the prevailing wage rates for the area established by the Owner and included in the contract documents. Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds, bound to the City of Southlake are required, each in an amount of not less than one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract and upon payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishing materials. The City of Southlake reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive formalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within ninety (90) days from date on which bids are opened.
