Site work and paving for a civil project in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

In order to be considered a valid bidder please contact the owner for an official set.* The work will generally consist of constructing approximately 3100 linear feet of reinforced box culvert, access structures and detention pond to include erosion control measures, earthwork, roadway paving, surface restoration and seeding. Special Needs: If you have special needs addressed by the Americans with Disabilities Act, please notify the Purchasing Agent at (816) 271-5330 at least five (5) working days prior to the bid due date. The City hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation. In addition, interested bidders will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City has a DBE Goal of 2.35% and certified firms are encouraged to bid. Information relative to this procurement may be obtained from the Purchasing Department office at the above referenced address. Complete instructions to bidders and proposal blanks may be obtained at the same address and location, and are a part of the preceding document. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
