The complete tender documents can be obtained on the website of the electronic tendering system and only tenders prepared on the forms for this purpose will be considered. Any tender to be valid, must be accompanied by a tender guarantee, either in the form of a certified check or a guarantee valid for the entire period during which the tender must remain in force, in an amount equivalent to ten percent (10% ) the amount of the tender as described in the instructions to tenderers. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening. If the bid security is in the form of a bond, this bond must be issued by an insurer holding an insurer's license or a recognized firm specializing in the issuance of bonds. Award is subject to final approval. The Municipality of Saint-Sévère does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and declines any obligation or liability towards the tenderers.
