Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials,tools, equipment and incidentals and performing all work required to construct complete in place and ready to operate the Zorn Pump Station Standby Generator Project. The project includes the construction of a new Electrical/Generator Building that will house three (3) 2,500 kW diesel engine driven generators, 15 kV switchgear, three (3) 12,000-gallon aboveground fuel tanks, and appurtenances including double wall fuel piping, leak detection/monitoring system, controls, HVAC, plumbing, instrumentation/controls, wire,conduit, and other miscellaneous electrical items as well as a new access road. This work includes all necessary structural, architectural, process mechanical, and electrical work, site work, and all other services required to complete the work. Responses to inquiries received by July 31, 2019 will be provided in an Addendum to all plan holders. Questions received after July 31, 2019 may not be addressed. The Company's Project Manager's estimate for the Contract plus Company supplied materials for this Project is $10,000,001 to $25,000,000. For this Contract a Bid Bond is required. The Company reserves the right to reject Bids from Bidders not pre-qualified; the right to disqualify Bids deemed to be defective and/or non-responsive; the right to waive defects in Bids where the Company determines that such defects are immaterial; and the right to reject any or all Bids deemed not to be in the best interest of the Company.
