Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Detroit, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of pavement and sidewalk replacement, landscaping, storm/piping installation, site grading, soil erosion, and misc. site improvements, as required by the Contract Drawings, and Specifications. Questions Due Date: Jul 18th 2019, 12:00 PM EDT. The scope ofwork for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: 3.1.1 Existing parking area pavement, curb, and sidewalk demolition. Remove existing parking area, sidewalk, and curb, per the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Provide a new concrete parking area, concrete sidewalk, and concrete curb & gutter per the Contract Drawings and Specifications. 3.1.2 Adjust existing castings and underdrain, and provide new storm sewer and site grading improvements per the Contract Drawings and Specifications. 3.1.3 Existing landscaping demolition. Remove existing trees, shrubs, and landscaping per the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Provide new landscaping, trees & shrubs per the Contract Drawings & Specifications. 3.1.4 Remove and replace existing hatch in front ofthe building per the Contract Drawings and Specifications. 3.1.5 Provide new rip-rap spillway per the Contract Drawings and Specifications
