This project is to furnish all necessary professional construction services to correct the seismic deficiencies including non-compliances of building 8 structural and non-structural components at the Building 8 Boiler Plant VA New Jersey Healthcare System East Orange Campus, 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018. The Contractor shall provide professional construction services to include labor, supervision, material, and equipment to correct frame structure and the non-structure components as well as equipment's seismic bracing in accordance with the final specifications, drawings, and Statement of Work to bring the building structure and all its components up to compliance with all applicable current seismic codes. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside procurement.
