Renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and laboratory facility.
Plans call to complete renovation of a portion of 680 Ackerman and relocate to 20001 Polaris Parkway. This project will include renovation and expansion of the current Cytogenic space within the 680 Ackerman building to consolidate wet lab functions, create centralized storage, improve work flow efficiency, expand FISH reading spaces, create dedicated team rooms and add an additional Pathology office. As of January 30, 2023, construction documents are complete. A general contractor has been selected. Construction is anticipated to begin in March 2023.
