Please see the attached request for quote for electrical services. We would appreciate a firm, written quotation for any or all items on the attached list. Prices quoted are to be F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid to the Northwest Fire District location noted on the purchase order. Purchase will be made by means of purchase order. Purchase orders will be placed as needed as soon as possible after the award and will be paid after receipt of invoice within Net 30 terms. The Northwest Fire District is soliciting quotations for Electrical Services. NWFD is requesting 365 days firm pricing on the items in this Request for Quotation. Vendors shall indicate the number of days prices are firm. Brand names and model numbers used in this Request for Quotation are for the benefit of vendors to determine the quality and general characteristics of the desired items. Vendors may offer alternate brands of equal quality. NWFD shall be the sole judge of equal quality. All supplies must be new, not remanufactured. All vendors shall guarantee full satisfaction of their products used or permit unsatisfactory product to be returned collect for full money refund. Indicate the RFQ name and number on the envelope or cover sheet. Vendors may call Raymond Thibault (520) 887-1010 x2803 if there are any questions regarding this request.
