Renovation of a multi-residential development in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a 73,000-square-foot, four-story above grade multi-residential development.

**As of August 20, 2019, No bids received. No definite date for the rebid.** The Lebanon County Housing Authority (managing agent for Palmyra Interfaith Manor) will receive sealed proposals for upgrades to the existing fire suppression system at Palmyra Interfaith Manor in Palmyra, PA. Palmyra Interfaith Manor is a 73,000 SF, four story apartment building containing 100 one bedroom and one two bedroom apartments, including associated ancillary community facilities. The scope of this work includes extending and upgrading the existing public area fire sprinkler system to include protection in all of the dwelling units. Interested firms obtaining the file must register their possession by completing and returning the registration form provided in the proposal packet. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity. The building owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the proposal process. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the proposal receipt, without the consent of building owner.
