Renovation of a municipal facility in Cold Spring, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
** As of August 22, 2019 this project has not yet been awarded. Anticipated award date is on August 27, 2019. The Work shall be completed and available for occupancy by no later than one calendar year from the date of award of the contract and subject to the milestone dates specified in Section 011200 - Multiple Contract Summary in the Project Manual. Contract term: One calendar year from the date of award of contract. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. One hundred percent (100%) Labor and Material Payment Bond and one hundred percent ( l 00%) Performance Bond will be required of the successful bidder(s) prior to signing the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to equal employment opportunity, prevailing wages,and all other Federal, New York State and local requirements. Minority Buisiness Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) are encouraged to submit bids. The Owner reserves the right to consider all Bids for a period of sixty (60) days following the bid opening before awarding the Contract, and reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all Bids.
