Work under this contract will include localized general maintenance along with Capital and Utility Cut milling and paving in the North York District & Etobicoke District. The work in this contract also includes road base repairs, pavement failure repairs, retaining wall repairs, adjustments to catch basins and maintenance holes, sod placement and watering, temporary and permanent pavement markings. This Contract will also include the replacement and/or repair of Guide Rail work which includes, but not be limited to, the repairs to steel beam steel post or steel beam wooden post guide rails, installing various end treatments, soft/hard surface restoration and other associated works at various locations within North York District. Work is not limited exclusively to the above-mentioned wards. At the discretion of the Contract Administrator it may be deemed necessary to schedule work in other wards of the City of Toronto. The awarding of this contract is subject to funds availability and/or City of Toronto Council approval.
