New construction of an educational facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 32,341-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

Project includes King Chavez Primary, Arts and Athletics Academy Whole Site Modernization (WSM) Project and King Chavez Primary, Arts and Athletics Academy Joint Use Field (JUF) Project Estimated Construction (Hard Cost) Budget for King Chavez WSM Project: $17,970,623 Estimated Construction (Hard Cost) Budget for King Chavez JUF Project: $2,000,000 Anticipated Duration of the Projects: Twenty-Nine (29) months The King Chavez Project is targeted for construction beginning on or about September 13, 2019, and upon issuance of a written Notice to Proceed (NTP). Questions regarding this RFP must be in writing and directed only to Ashley Mains at amains@sandi.net by the date indicated in the RFP Schedule.
