The second tower is to be a 400,000 gallon elevated tank located on Walnut Street (adjacent to an existing elevated tank) to the south of downtown Livingston, Texas. The project will involve but not necessarily be limited to: site preparation, limited demolition; limited clearing and grubbing of the construction area; excavation; backfill; construction of reinforced concrete foundations and erection of elevated water storage tanks; reinforced concrete splash pad at tank overflow; piping between existing water distribution system piping and the new towers, valves, fittings, and tie-ins to existing water distribution mains; related control/power, panel(s), conduit and wiring; final grading/clean-up of site; seeding; and such miscellaneous materials necessary for a complete and operational elevated storage facilities, at each location, complete and in place.
