Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Cost Proposal for Landscape Design Services for the Western Gage Median Park Project. Responses to questions will be issued on Monday July 25, 2022 to all potential bidders. The scope of work includes transforming a 0.14acre median lot into a reimagined, vibrant neighborhood park. The median lot is located at the intersection of Western and Gage in the Canterbury Knolls area of South Los Angeles. This project intends to bring additional, accessible green space into a park-poor, densely populated urban community. Some suggested project elements are an adult fitness area, walking path, seating and shaded landscaped area. The park could also include fencing, lighting, and other safety features.
