Renovation of a water / sewer project in Beresford, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Surface preparation and recoating of interior of 300k gallon fluted-column elevated water storage tank. Tower interior shall be blasted to SSPC-SP5 "White Metal Blast", zinc-rich primer, epoxy stripe coat, and epoxy top coat; Surface preparation and recoating of exterior of 300k gallon fluted-column elevated water storage tank. Tower exterior shall be blasted to SSPC-SP10 "Near-White Metal Blast", zinc-rich primer, polyurethane stripe coat, polyurethane intermediate coat and fluoropolymer top coat; Extend overflow pipe to grade and install flap gate; Replace roof hatch gasket; Substantially complete all work on existing 300k gallon fluted-column elevated water storage tank by June 30, 2020.
