The work to be performed includes the construction of a 3.7 mile long multi-use trail, a pedestrian bridge, installation of railing, signage and trail amenities, asphalt paving, striping and landscaping. These construction services shall include, but not be limited to, all supervision, labor, materials (except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the Bid Documents).
