Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Middletown, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

For the construction of the Southern Park, including grading of the site, installing utility crossings, stormwater facilities and parking to support the park. Also included in the work is the installation of pathways, subgrade for playground, athletic fields, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Bids shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check in an amount equal to 10% of the bid price, payable to New Castle County and conditioned to be forfeited to said County for failure to enter into a contract, if awarded. New Castle County will only accept bids from contractors prequalified with the County for this project. To become prequalified bidders must submit the prequalification forms included in the specifications.
