Consists of furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles; furnishing all labor, transportation, and services for the fulfillment of civil and structural repair work issued via work order and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. Work site: Throughout the Solid Waste Division's (SWD) facilities. The work performed under this Contract shall not exceed $1,000,000 and the initial Contract Time shall not exceed 365 calendar days from the date of Contract Execution by the County. The County does not guarantee any minimum amount of work or that the dollar amount of the Work Orders issued will total $1,000,000 during the duration of this Contract. At the County's sole discretion, this Contract may be extended for one additional year or until the Not to Exceed Contract Price is reached, whichever occurs first. A pre-bid conference is not scheduled. A site tour is not scheduled. SCS Utilization Requirements. The Contractor shall ensure that at least 5% of the total price for all executed Work Orders shall be performed by King County Certified SCS Firms over the life of the Contract.
