I For this Contract, RTD has specified a SBE goal of Fifteen percent (15%) for the work to be performed. Estimated value: between $250K and $500K. John.dawson@rtd-denver.com The US 287 & Niwot Road PnR Expansion is more specifically described within the Contract Documents including the plans and specifications but is generalized by the following summary activities: 1. Saw-cut and remove portions of existing concrete parking lot pavement and curb & gutter as shown on plans. Remove portions of existing pavement markings as shown. Clear & grub portions of existing landscaped areas as shown. 2. Relocate existing electrical cabinet. Install new electrical conduit and additional light pole foundations. Install new light standards and luminaires. Install new emergency phone and security camera. 3. Install new storm sewer pipe, manhole, curb inlet, and flared end section. Modify existing culverts and install new flared end sections. 4. Construct new retaining wall. 5. Install new concrete curb & gutter and parking lot pavement. Stripe parking lot as shown on plans. 6. Grade site as shown on plans. Modify existing irrigation system, install new plantings as shown on plans, stabilize site.
