Ohio Reformatory for Women - Residential Treatment Unit (RTU) and Severely Mentally Ill (SMI) Master Plan Phase 2This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being issued to obtain Professional Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services for the design of a new mental healthfacility at the Ohio Reformatory for Women. This new facilityis intendedto replace the current residential inpatientfunctionlocated in the Arn Building,with a newcombinedResidential Treatment Unit (RTU)and Severely Mentally Ill (SMI) carefacility.
