Site work and renovation of a civil project in Rosemount, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following: A. Furnish and install a precast wet well, valve vault structure, and intake structure. B. Furnish and install new submersible pumps, piping, and valves. C. Furnish and install new controls and SCADA for the lift station. D. Bituminous Trail, miscellaneous site work and landscaping. The Bidder shall have experience as a General Contractor in the successful completion of at least three (3) municipal stormwater or wastewater lift stations within the last two (2) years. The minimum pumping capacity of each lift station shall be 250 gpm. Lift station experience by subcontractors will not be considered. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Rosemount shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be for the Lump Sum Bid, with any alternate bid items as indicated on the Bid Form. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who purchase Bidding Documents as specified above. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days.
