Renovation of a detention facility in Denton, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
**As of 8/9 /2019 No Award yet time frame will be after 2 weeks extend the question deadline to July 18, 2019, at 2PM Bidders must submit, with their proposal, Proposal Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount bid.The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price from an approved Surety Company. Proposals shall be lump sum basis for general construction work to include work of all trades with funding to come from current funds and tax notes. Segregated proposals will not be accepted. All unit prices must be stated in both script and figures.
