Reference number : 1284769 The project consists of the reconstruction of a parking lot and to carry out various minor works on the site of the Municipal Office of Housing of Val-Saint-François in Valcourt. The Municipal Housing Office of Val-Saint-François requests bids for the work described above. To be considered, all bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount or by a certified check of an amount equal to 5% of the bid amount. The bid, guarantee or certified check to be submitted along with any other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 45 days. The tenderer must take this obligation into account when he completes the documents in question with others. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer's license in Canada will be accepted under the solicitation document. Only targeted checks issued by a bank, a savings or credit union, Only tenders submitted by contractors who have ordered tender documents with the same name as the one under which they are bidding will be considered. The bidding contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors both for their solvency and for the content of their bids. Contractors must inform subcontractors of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold their required permits and licenses. The guarantee of performance of the contract for a sum equivalent to 50% of the total amount of contract.
