Remove and dispose of all roof panels, wall panels, metal trims and fiberglass insulation 2. Remove and dispose of 25% of the existing metal sub framing (girts and purlins) 3. Furnish and install metal sub framing as needed 4. Furnish and install 26 Gauge PBR metal wall and roofing panels 5. Furnish and install R-19 blanket fiberglass insulation with a WMP-10 facing (white) 6. Furnish and install one 3070 pass door unit with lever lockset and closer 7. Furnish and install simple eave, rake, ridge and framed opening trim. NK DPW BUILDING - 2050 DAVISVILLE ROAD: 1. Remove and dispose of 468 LF of existing gutters and hardware 2. Furnish and install 468 LF of 26 Gauge Steel Northern Gutter System and hardware 3. Furnish and install snow guards 4. Minor wall panel and downspouts repairs - replace as needed
