Nabholz / Carson / Doyne is accepting subcontractor pricing for the Little Rock School District for the project / scopes listed above. We invite you to bid on your scope of work. Interior building signage and exterior letters for a new high school campus; (2) poured terrazzo logos, approx.112 sf each. Please see Southwest Little Rock High School Project - Package 51 Terrazzo Flooring Re-bid Bids shall include all labor, material, applicable taxes, insurance, equipment, etc., for a complete job. Once bids are received, they will be reviewed for completeness, the responsible lowest bidder will be notified. A bid bond is required for all bids. All bids will be taken under advisement. Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Arkansas and other applicable Arkansas statutes. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on day of bid opening. Nabholz / Carson / Doyne and the Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid. Nabholz / Carson / Doyne will use Nabholz Standard Master Contract, which includes specific insurance requirements, Amendment to Contract, and Nabholz Project Contract for all Subcontractors (including 2nd tier subs). Nabholz / Carson / Doyne will use the standard Nabholz Purchase Order Agreement for all Suppliers. Note that Nabholz requires the following minimum insurance coverage: 1. Employer's Liability - Worker's Compensation $1,000,000 each accident $1,000,000 each disease $1,000,000 each employee per disease 2. Commercial General Liability (combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage) $2,000,000 per occurrence $2,000,000 annual aggregate (project specific) 3. Business Automobile Liability (combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage) $2,000,000 per occurrence 4. Additional Insured Subcontractor agrees that Project Owner, Owner's Architect or Engineer, Contractor and all of its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as their employees, agents, and principals (also referred to collectively as "Additional Insureds") are to be expressly made Additional Insureds under all such liability policies 5. Umbrella or Excess Coverage may be utilized to arrive at these limits of insurance. Effective July 1, 2006, Nabholz Construction has revised the Subcontractors Application and Certificate for Payment form. In addition to work performed by the subcontractor, for subcontracts greater than $20,000, a breakdown of work performed by 2nd tier subcontractors and material provided by subcontractor's suppliers in excess of $20,000 is required. Lien releases will also be required of these 2nd tier subcontractors and material suppliers each month as work progresses. Nabholz is an equal-opportunity employer.
