The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide all equipment, labor, tools and transportation necessary to perform on-call, as-needed patching operations on primary and secondary routes in Bland County within the Wytheville Residency, in accordance with the specifications contained herein. From September 2, 2019 through September 1, 2020 with four (4) optional successive one-year renewal periods. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Tiffany Canter at tiffany.canter@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office will determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions pertaining to this IFB to the Contract Officer five (5) days prior to the closing date.
