Q & A End Date : Aug 13, 2019 10:00:00 AM CDT The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractor's license in Highway, street and bridge construction, and Municipal and Public Works Construction. All questions concerning this project must be submitted to the design engineer prior to Monday, July 29, 2019. Any questions submitted on or afterAug 13, 2019 will not be acknowledged. All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. An executed affidavit and attestation form must be submitted prior to bid award. The signature on the bid must be that of an authorized representative of the corporation, partnership or other legal entity as defined by Louisiana Public Bid Law Revised Statute 38:2212.B(5) which dictates parties authorized to submit bids for public contracts. All required Certificates of Liability Insurance shall list the City of Slidell as additionally insured. This project is funded with federal grant funds.
