Renovation of a municipal facility in Hayward, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The General Manager of the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District Alameda County, State of California, hereby calls for sealed bid proposals for a new Project: the National Fitness Campaign Fitness Courts for three separate park sites: Alden E. Oliver Sports Park, located at 2580 Eden Park Place, Hayward, CA; Eden Greenway across from Southgate Park, located at 26780 Chiplay Ave, Hayward, CA; and Tennyson Park, located at 28377 Huntwood Ave, Hayward, CA. The Project scope includes, but not limited to, demolition, grading, hauling, furnishing, pouring concrete pads, installation of Owner provided, pre-packaged, modular fitness equipment, modification of existing irrigation systems, landscaping and other miscellaneous work. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Bond and in accordance with Prevailing Wage requirements. These and all requirements are outlined in the Project Documents and must be signed by the bidder. The General Manager reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required License Type Required: A, or C-27, and D-34
