Site work for a water / sewer project in Dayton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/ or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and to waive any informalities in the bidding. All bids received after the closing time designated above may be returned unopened at the discretion of the Engineer. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The successful bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds on the forms provided in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) each of the total Contract price. A Cashier's Check or Bidders Bond Payable to River Ranch Holdings LLC, in the amount of not less than two and one-half percent (5%) of the bid submitted, outlined in the Contract Documents, must accompany the bid. The contractor must be able to provide the Districts with printed and signed copies of a completed disclosure of interested parties form (Form 1295) and a certificate of filing at the time of the Districts execution of the contract. The above described construction will be performed in accordance with plans and specifications and any addenda thereto which may be issued up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the opening of bids.
