Project includes the installation of approximately 6,000 linear feet of 16-inch and 20-inch ductile iron water main, valves, hydrants, and other appurtenances on New Hampshire Route 28 in Windham. Completion time for the project will be the dates specified in the "Notice to Proceed" as follows: June 15, 2020 for substantial completion. July 15, 2020 for final completion. Liquidated damages will be in the amount of $2,000.00 for each calendar day of delay from the dates established for substantial completion and final completion. Each General Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price. The successful Bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of the Bid. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. 5.
