**As of August 23, 2019, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet established.** The project generally comprises of installing new sidewalks at various locations where the City of Lancaster has installed water services. Locations are throughout the City of Lancasters water system. Bids security of 10% of bid is required. Bids may not be withdrawn after the time set for bid opening. The City may consider the quality of services provided, responsiveness and past performance of the bidders in -determining the lowest responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise if the best interest of the City will thereby be promoted.
