Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Anastasia Is, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

Base Bid: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to provide and install signage and pavement markings, construct ground-in rumble strips, mill 2" and resurface with 2" SP 9.5 (Super Pave) asphaltic concrete in two lifts, approximately 1.5 miles of existing two-lane Anastasia Park Road and provide smooth transitions (aprons) to connecting roads, as per the contract documents. Alternate 1: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to construct the ADA Sidewalk Repairs adjacent to Anastasia Park Road per the contract documents. Plan view sheets C105 - C107. Alternate 2: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to construct the ADA Sidewalk Repairs and improvements, parking improvements, signage, and pavement markings adjacent to Anastasia Park Ranger Station and per the contract documents. See Inset A Sheet C107. Alternate 3: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to mill 1" and resurface with 1" SP 9.5 (Super Pave) asphaltic concrete, the existing parking area proximal to the Ranger Station, as per the contract documents. Alternate 4: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to construct the ADA Sidewalk Repairs adjacent to the San Juan Street Extension per the contract documents. Alternate 5: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to construct the concrete parking pad, apron, signage and pavement markings from STA. 4+95 to STA. 5+24.50 as per the contract documents.
